In order for the best blend, it is suggested that your hair be at least chin length. This way, we can ensure the placement of the hair extensions and your natural hair will still be long enough to cover the attachment points and blend seamlessly with your hair.
6. How long does my hair have to be to get extensions?
Hand tied extensions are the best choice for thin hair because they are extremely light weight and can be customized based on your natural hair density. With specific methods, like IBE®, there are no visible beads, bonds, or braids. No matter how you style your hair, either up or down, your hand tied extensions will be undetectable.
5. If I have thin hair can I wear extensions?
We recommend brushing your hair 3-4 times a day and then braiding it before you go to bed. It’s also best to sleep on a silk pillowcase. Make sure to always use professional products. We recommend GoldieLocks as it is formulated for extensions. Stay away from anything reparative, as this usually means protein is present which is not recommended for use on hair extensions (this includes Olaplex).
4. How do you care for invisible bead extensions?
Invisible Bead Extensions are secured to your natural hair and will need to be moved up as your hair grows. The frequency of appointments depends on how quickly your hair grows. Some clients need their extensions moved up 6-8 weeks while others go 8-10 weeks. We recommend replacing the hair once a year on average.
3. How long do invisble bead extensions last?
Absolutely! We choose to use only the highest quality of hair for our extension clients to protect your investment! Wash, dry, curl, and style your hair as you normally would and the best part? Most clients end up spending less time on their hair!
2. Is it real human hair?
IBE is applied by installing a row of beads and stitching wefts onto those anchor points increasing volume and length, while the beads remain unseen.
